New Holland Baptist Church was organized with 15 members on May 3, 1916. M.O. Owens was called to be the first pastor of New Holland Baptist Church. They began gathering in a building in 1918.

In the recent years, the Lord has used New Holland Baptist Church to be a light of the gospel to the area of New Holland. With the use of the recreational fields that are located near the church, our desire is to see the community come to know Christ through the gospel.

As the Lord continues to lead New Holland Baptist Church, our desire is to make disciples of all nations, here and afar. We do this through our weekly worship gatherings and bible studies.

Christopher Lindsey
Pastor
Pastor Chris LindseyChris Lindsey serves as the pastor of New Holland Baptist Church. He is passionate about faithfully preaching God’s Word, pointing people to Jesus Christ, and helping believers grow in their knowledge and love of God.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Liberty University and his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His approach to ministry is rooted in the conviction that Scripture is sufficient, Christ is central, and the local church is essential to the life of every believer.
Chris and his wife, Courtney, have been married since 2010 and are blessed with four children. When he is not preaching or serving the church, Chris also works as a teacher. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, fishing, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
Above all, Chris desires to see New Holland Baptist Church glorify God by making much of Christ, faithfully proclaiming His Word, and reaching people with the good news of the gospel.
